SPAM (UCE) Complaints
We have zero tolerance for SPAM, the members of all email lists used here have opted in by one means or another, all our emails either contain a one click unsubscribe link to allow recipients to stop receiving more emails from that list, or they are a single shot email which will be stated on the email, in which case no more email is going to be sent so there is no need to opt out. We do not tolerate false accusations of sending spam. If you decide to complain to your ISP or Email provider instead of, or as well as, unsubscribing and or raising a ticket on our service desk, and we receive a complaint from your ISP or Email provider we will remove and blacklist your email address from all our lists permanently, that is not just the list you complained about but all lists we hold regardless of whether you paid for membership to a list or not, any fees or subscriptions you may have already paid will not be refundable and any further payments or subscriptions will be cancelled.
